Our Easter Discovery

We had a great day on Friday 11th of April. All of the rooms from Room 1 to Room 4 had heaps of fun activities for us to make. We made hot cross buns, Easter Eggs, stain glass eggs, bunny masks, rabbit headbands, Easter chicks and heaps more. We had a fun morning and we got to eat the yummy hot cross buns for morning tea.

Off for our Monthly Trip to the Town Library

On Friday the 4th, we went to the Town Library with Room 4 and Mrs Gyde. Mr Snell came down too so he could see what a great library we have in town too.

Nicky read us a story about crayons going on strike and they all wrote a letter to the owner, which Nicky read to us. The crayons were all upset about either being used too much or not enough. At the end all of the crayons were happy because they all got used fairly.

Nicky has invited all if us to attend the holiday reading programme where we would get lots of fun activities to do. We all want to go and we all want to have our very own library cards so we can issue a book from the Town Library.
