We are learning to be Scientists. We are learning the Scientific method in our Inquiry. We are asking lots of questions, especially "I wonder...." questions. We are using "The Scientific Method" - Asking a question, forming a hypothesis, testing it, gathering evidence and a conclusion.
We have done lots of different experiments, showing the water cycle, testing for dirty surfaces, blowing up balloons with a bottle, vinegar and baking soda, growing fresh and packet capsicum seeds and heaps more. We are discovering lots and asking interesting questions and doing research. One day maybe , we will be real Scientists.

Our Self-Managing Discovery
Doesn't Peyton look gorgeous as Cinderella going to the ball.
We love playing with water, measuring and discussing.
Nicole's friend Amelia supported Nicole on her first ever Discovery Day. Amelia is a wonderful mentor.
We loved Mrs Bone's dress ups. We could create little plays.
Wow, there was lots of self discovery going on here!
Mr Snell just couldn't resist demonstrating "How it's Done!" Apologies are underway sorry Alex.
Thanks so much for fixing Mrs E's laminator and phone.
You boys are amazing. Wiremu and Karlos persevered until they got their canal leak free.
Kade's first ever Discovery. Deegan was there to support Kade with all of their discoveries and discussions. "Look at our magnets working!"
